Maryland Community College and University Nursing Faculty Job Fair

Baltimore, MD – (March 4, 2019) – The Maryland Higher Education Commission (MHEC) Secretary, Dr. James D. Fielder, and members of the Nurse Support Program II (NSP II) announce the Maryland Community College and University Nursing Faculty Job Fair on Thursday, March 28th.

 

“I invite anyone interested in becoming part of Maryland's future nursing faculty to attend the job fair," Secretary Fielder said.  "This is an opportunity to meet nursing professionals, hear about job openings, and learn about scholarships available to help achieve your higher education goals in nursing."

 

This event is free to all Registered Nurses and those attending will:

 Meet nursing representatives from Maryland academic institutions;

 Gain information about the Nurse Faculty Role; and

 Learn more about Maryland’s Graduate Nursing Faculty Scholarship Service.

 

Schools of Nursing representatives from across Maryland will be present to discuss nursing faculty and clinical instructor positions, both full-time and adjunct.

 

The event will be held at the Health Services Cost Review Commission boardroom, located at 4160 Patterson Avenue in Baltimore, Maryland.  The fair will take place from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 28, 2019.
